Our Process
From raw scan to finished part — five steps, start to finish.
Scan
Structured-light and laser 3D scanning captures the exact geometry of your part or environment, down to fine surface detail.
2. Point Cloud
Millions of measured points are aligned and merged into a single unified point cloud representing the object's full surface.
3. Mesh
The point cloud is reconstructed into a clean triangulated mesh, closing gaps and correcting noise for a watertight surface.
4. CAD Model
The mesh is converted into a fully parametric, editable CAD model ready for design changes, simulation, or manufacturing.
5. Print
The CAD model is sliced and printed on our production-grade FDM and resin printers, layer by layer, in your chosen material.
6. Production
Parts are post-processed, quality-checked against the original scan, and delivered ready for use — from one-off prototypes to production runs.
