Privacy Policy

Synthis CAD, LLC ("we," "us") operates synthiscad.com (Synthis CAD) and synthis3d.com (Synthis 3D, our 3D printing studio). This policy explains what we collect when you use either site or work with us.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, company, email, phone, project details, files you share, and the address you provide for on-site visits, through our contact and quote forms, appointment booking, email, and phone.
  • Billing information: invoice details. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, collected with cookies and Google Analytics.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule meetings, do the work you hire us for, send invoices and receipts, and improve our websites. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our business: Odoo (website, booking, quotes and invoicing), Google (email and analytics), and Stripe (payments), or when the law requires it. Your project files are kept confidential.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the sites working and Google Analytics to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our sites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard exists.

Retention and your choices

We keep business and tax records as long as the law requires, and other inquiries only as long as they are useful. To see, correct, or delete your information, email matt@synthis3d.com.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We will post any updates here with a new effective date.
